Hot rolled steel is a type of steel formed by hot rolling at a temperature (usually more than 1000 degrees) above its recrystallization temperature. The steel is easier to shape at this high temperature.

DESCRIPTION:

Hot rolled steel (HR): Hot rolled steel coil (HR Coil), hot rolled steel plate (HR Plate). Produced from iron ore or scrap steel, adding necessary alloy components through the process of furnacing, casting, rolling to form finished steel billets. This billet is then reheated, rolled, shaped to produce product specifications and thickness according to the intended use. Easily recognizable by the naked eye is the product is dark gray in color, near the edge is a blue color formed during the steel cooling process.

Production process: iron ore or scrap, add alloy components, smelted and rolled into billets. After heating, the billets are rolled again, shaped, and made into products according to the intended use.

 Color: dark gray surface, green near the edge, two edges are often rough and rounded, turns rusty when keep for a long time.
