COLD ROLLED STEEL
Cold-rolled steel refers to low-carbon steel that is produced by "cold rolling" and treated at near-normal room temperature. Cold rolled steel provides superior strength and machinability. Cold rolled steel sheet is commonly used for fabricated products that require tight tolerances, concentricity, straightness and surface finish.
The term "cold-rolled" actually refers to the product name of flat-rolled sheet and coil products.
